       Healthy food 

                    All living being need food for live. Not like other animals people eat fresh fruits, vegetable or grain clearly. Healthy food makes healthy people. There are five main nutrients in the food we eat. There are very important to balance our body. There are carbohydrates, vitamins, proteins, minarals and fat. 


             Cereals like rice and wheat and yams like manioc and sweet potatoes have carbohydrates, They give us fully energy to our body. 

           While food like milk,fish,eggs,dhal,gram and beans have proteins. It helps us to grow. It needs to grow well and raise the weight of enyone. 

          Cheese, butter and yoghurt have fat. Fat gives us energy to the  food consists. Fat foods are not much need to our body. Because we will be lazy or pudgy. 


               Fresh fruits,  vvegetables and fresh green leaves have vitamins and minarals. They'll strong the teeth. They against disease and protect our body, from illiness. 

          Not only the food we eat but also we must drink only fresh water daily. Because it helps for digesting food which we eat. The food which mother. Makes at home is the best we must not eat the fast or junk food because they are harmful to our body. They are salty or spicy so to keep a good health we must eat fresh food for the three meals. 

          To be healthy we should eat a good breakfast and lunch we should take the dinner fluffy and we should drink a planty of clear water.
